• Orders placed via WhatsApp or Instagram for local delivery are processed same day, subject to availability.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Local Same-Day Delivery (Wisconsin & Illinois)

• Same-day delivery is available only for orders placed via WhatsApp or Instagram.

• This option is available in select areas of Wisconsin and Illinois.

• Delivery availability and timing will be confirmed during order conversation.

Nationwide Shipping (Outside Wisconsin & Illinois)

• Customers outside Wisconsin and Illinois must place orders through our website checkout.

• Orders are shipped via FedEx from our fulfillment location.

• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days, depending on destination and carrier service.

💲 Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs for website orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

• Same-day delivery fees (if applicable) are confirmed directly via WhatsApp or Instagram.

• Promotional free shipping offers, if available, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• For website orders, tracking information will be sent via email once your order is shipped.

• For WhatsApp or Instagram orders, tracking details (if applicable) will be shared directly through the messaging platform.
